House Policy
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Registered Guests Only
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including children).
Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.
Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior permission from the host.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
A cleaning fee may be charged for any violation of this rule.
🕌 Muslim Only
M&A Suites is exclusively for Muslim guests.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Respect our neighbours and the peaceful environment of the residence.
🧒 Child Supervision
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
The indoor play area and swimming pool are to be used at guests' own risk.
🏊 Swimming Pool Rules
Guests must comply with all pool regulations set by the property management.
Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
🍽️ Cleanliness
Please keep the unit clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Kindly wash or place used kitchen utensils in the designated area.
🗑️ Waste Disposal
Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided before check-out.
🔐 Safety & Security
Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the unit.
Ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property.
❌ Prohibited Activities
Parties, events, illegal activities, gambling, drug use, and any activities that may disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited.
💰 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of RM100 is required prior to check-in.
The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit.
🏠 Respect the Property
Please treat the property, furniture, and facilities with care and respect.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
